Conditioning ep.3 - MEDIUM - Get your Cardio On - 32 Minutes
This is a slightly tougher routine for a medium workout.
4 Rounds of 6 exercises. 45 Minutes on with 15 Second breaks. With a 1 minute break in between rounds. The exercises are Shuffle Lunges, Explosive Jacks, Push Up Shoulder Taps, Shoot Throughs, Leg Raises & Supermans.
